- Öffne den Ordner c:\\programdata\profacto Server
- Öffne den Ordner Plugins
- Lösche die Datei „SRP.bundle“
oder – macOS
- /Applications/profacto/Contents/Plugins
- /Applications/profacto server/Contents/Plugins
- /Applications/profacto client/Contents/Plugins
- Dort die Datei „SPR.bundle“ löschen
Starte profacto neu.
